What we collect

When you donate we collect your name, email address and the amount of your gift. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure checkout and are never stored by the foundation. When you send a message we keep your name, email and message so we can reply.

How we use it

Donor information is used to issue receipts, administer recurring gifts, meet reporting obligations, and — if you have asked for them — send program updates. We do not sell or rent supporter data.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card authentication, including one-time codes required by your bank, is handled by them on your bank's behalf.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from updates, at any time by contacting inquiry@madridfoundationinc.org. Some donation records must be retained for accounting and tax purposes.

This policy will be reviewed and finalised alongside the foundation's registration documents.
