Every gift is credited to the programme the giver chose. Gifts with no programme named go to the general fund, which we direct to whichever programme is under the most pressure.

Our controls, in plain words
- Two people, two roles: Sherwin Sterling leads the programmes, Dahlia A. Harrison controls the money. Neither role can act alone on funds.
- Nothing leaves the foundation without written approval from our Finance Director, recorded with the date, time and amount.
- Every gift, refund and approval is written to a permanent record we cannot quietly edit.
- Card details are entered only on our payment provider's encrypted form — the foundation never sees or stores a card number.
- Incorporated in Georgia, USA, registration 25154284, checkable on the state's public register.
- Federal tax-exempt determination is in progress. Tax-deductible acknowledgements will be issued once IRS 501(c)(3) status is confirmed; until then every gift is receipted with our Georgia registration details.
